Our Anaerobic Digestion Initiative
At Foreva Farmers Drinks, we’re dedicated to reducing our carbon footprint and embracing renewable energy solutions. That’s why we’ve invested in sustainable energy sources such as anaerobic digestion to power our operations. Anaerobic digestion is a natural process where organic materials, such as agricultural waste and byproducts, are broken down by microorganisms in the absence of oxygen, producing biogas.
We harness this biogas to generate electricity, which in turn powers the processes involved in canning our tonic water and drinks. From mixing the ingredients to sealing the cans, every step of the production process is powered by clean, renewable energy derived from anaerobic digestion.
Closing the Loop with Recyclable Packaging
We have working very hard to source fully recylable packaging and use very little plastic in our production process. Constantly looking at ways to re use and recycle comes naturally to us.
