The river Tyme, Lugg, Wye, and Frome all pass through our farm, enriching our surroundings and inspiring our commitment to environmental stewardship.

Our Anaerobic Digester

We’ve invested in sustainable energy sources such as anaerobic digestion to power our operations. Anaerobic digestion is a natural process where organic materials, such as agricultural waste and byproducts, are broken down by microorganisms in the absence of oxygen, producing biogas.

We harness this biogas to generate electricity, which in turn powers the processes involved in canning our tonic water and drinks. From mixing the ingredients to sealing the cans, every step of the production process is powered by clean, renewable energy derived from anaerobic digestion.

Closing the Loop with Recyclable Packaging

We are working very hard to source fully recyclable packaging and use very little plastic in our production process. Constantly looking at ways to re use and recycle comes naturally to us.

By prioritising anaerobic digestion and other renewable energy sources throughout our operations, we’re not just creating great-tasting drinks – we’re also making a positive impact on the planet.
